Science and Technology Resources Reform Demonstration Area Gained the Approval for the establishment of the First Science and Technology Association in the Industrial Park of Xixian New Area

On September 13, the Science and Technology Association of the Science and Technology Resources Reform Demonstration Base of Fengdong New City of Xixian New Area officially gained the approval by the Science and Technology Association of Shaanxi Province for its establishment, and became the first science and technology association in the industrial park of Xixian New Area.

After the establishment of the Science and Technology Association in the industrial park of the Science and Technology Resources Reform Demonstration Area, the association will fully utilize of its own role as the bridge to connect and unite all the scientific workers together, and become an important force to promote the innovation and development of the industrial park. First, under the guidance of the Science and Technology Association of Shaanxi Province, the association will actively strengthen the scientific and technological cooperation with all the “Belt and Road” countries, introduce all the overseas high-level scientific personnel and establish the foreign experts workstations. Second, the association will establish long-term mechanism for the cooperation with the Science and Technology Association of Shaanxi Province, fully base itself on the advantages of resources of the Science and Technology Association of Shaanxi Province in terms of the relevant aspects and the institutions of higher education, and provide a wide range of services for the enterprises settling in the Science and Technology Resources Reform Demonstration Area including joint research and development, learning and exchange. Third, the association will base itself on the policy advantages of the national dual-construction demonstration base in Xixian New Area, dock and organize the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for scientific workers in Shaanxi Province, actively introduce science and technology entrepreneurial team and entrepreneurial projects settling in the business incubation base of the Science and Technology Resources Reform Demonstration Area, and enhance the regional innovation and entrepreneurial atmosphere. Fourth, the relevant cooperation platforms will be built by the Science and Technology Association in the industrial park in order to play an important role in promoting the establishment of the modern industrial system and the entrepreneurial service system.
